on the heels of a sell-out residency at the Kitten
Club during the Melbourne
Fringe Festival and a whirlwind Sydney tour,
Melbourne’s Man Bites
God are to launch their debut studio LP at the Corner
on November 19.
The self-titled album follows on from the band’s 2002 EP releases ‘Happy Songs’ and ‘Ultrasounds’, and maintains the band’s trademark rich harmonies, lush arrangements and jet-black lyrics.
The album features guest appearances a number of Melbourne musicians as well as actor/comedian Bob Franklin (Bad Eggs, Crashburn).
Man Bites God are appearing on Saturday October 25 with a host of Melbourne's funniest performers for the inaugural comedy charity event "Stand Up for your Rights" at the Comedy Theatre.
